Robert Belcher
Mr. Belcher has been with Colt since June of 2007 and currently serves as the Land Title Director for Colt Exploration Co. Inc. Mr. Belcher oversees and trains Landman Title Specialists to perform all aspects of Mineral Title Research and Reporting, Title Curative and Oil, Gas & Mineral Leasing. Mr. Belcher has been involved in many oil and gas projects throughout the unconventional shale plays in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Texas.

With a background in mineral title and abstracting, Mrs. Bell has been a valued member of the Colt team for the past year providing legal support and title expertise. Prior to joining Colt, Mrs. Bell provided legal research and briefing in state and federal district and appellate courts and for the Texas Supreme Court. As an associate attorney in a small law firm, she handled automobile accidents, wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, civil litigation, business and contract disputes, oil and gas litigation and insurance bad faith litigation.
