Robert Belcher

Mr. Belcher has been with Colt since June of 2007 and currently serves as the President and CEO for Colt Exploration Co., Inc. He is a Texas-licensed Attorney and also serves as the Manager of the Belcher Law Firm, PLLC.  Mr. Belcher is a proven Land Manager who has successfully managed many projects throughout the unconventional shale plays.  He is proficient in Title Opinion, O&G transaction, and curative document preparation.
